Song 26 begins the other 50% of my 50/90 Challenge quest, and wouldn't it just have to fall (for me, at least) on the August Bank Holiday weekend in the UK?

Family commitments meant I had to take a couple of days away from things 50/90-ish, which I've found usually throws me out of the songwriting habit. I just couldn't think of what to write, until last night I was listening to my new purchase of "Roll On", the latest album (to date) by Southern choogle-meister JJ Cale. No prizes for guessing what came out of that, then... though long-term listeners may recognise a lyrical nod to the place where 50/90 all began for me...

Well, it was fun recording it, anyway - especially when I got into the groove :-) Sorry for the slightly sloppy lead guitar, though!

Technically: I wanted to lay this down on my "proper" studio setup, but I had to fall back on Garageband on the iPod Touch (with a vintage rhythm box chug from FunkBox). The electric guitars and bass guitar were recorded through GB's amp simulations - is there a dedicated bass amp sim in there somewhere?
