I made these recordings sporadically, during the late summer and early autumn of 2021 (and one earlier), in a conscious effort to recreate Robert Fripp's 1970s "Frippertronics" performances with electric guitar and tape-delay system (except using digital technology instead of two open-reel tape-decks - I'm not a mechanic...).

Much of what you hear on this collection is live, one-pass recordings made in real time, though I overdubbed solos on "2051", "2053" and "2054", and "2052" features two takes overlaid on each other.

Everything you hear on this album is electric guitar - no MIDI synthesisers were used in these performances, and I think of the EHX Superego and BLEASS Granulizer "granular synthesisers" (the latter creates the "twinkling" effect on "2054") as "processors".

I've made this "pay what you like", and that includes zero, so don't feel guilty if that's where you're "at" ;-)

Anyway, I hope you enjoy these pieces as much as I enjoyed melting them...
